偷拍夜店女同事如廁　竟拍到女老闆

台北市一名在夜店工作的36歲蔡姓男子，涉嫌利用夜店女老闆借他使用的手機，偷拍夜店女員工如廁、更衣畫面，直到偷拍到女老闆被識破後，整起案件才曝光；全案經士林地檢署檢方偵結後，在今（12）日依妨害秘密罪提起公訴。

根據媒體消息指出，涉嫌偷拍夜店女員工的蔡姓男子，除了在該夜店任職外，還向女老闆承租辦公室作為住處。案發後女老闆原本只要求其寫悔過書，連手機都沒要回就原諒蔡男；但沒想到事後，蔡男竟變本加厲，陸續偷竊辦公室內記憶卡、隨身碟等物品，因此憤而提告。

全案經士林地檢署檢方偵結後，認定蔡男涉嫌從去年3月到8月共犯下10次偷拍犯行，因此在今日依妨害秘密罪提起公訴。
