基隆「問鳥」怪叔落網　疑患中度智障

基隆日前驚傳有「問鳥」怪叔出沒，引發許多家長驚恐！案發後基隆警方已透過監視畫面循線追出一名家住暖暖，年約30歲，疑似患有中度智能障礙的男子，將待被害男童出面指認後，再依法將該名涉案男子移送法辦。

根據了解，這名「問鳥」怪叔會在大街上先假意向男童尋求幫忙，然後再要求男童脫下褲子看生殖器，目前所知至少已有2名男童遇到相同情況，男童家長們紛紛到警局報案，並調出監視器將男子的身影PO上網，尋求協助並提醒其他家長注意。

其中一名男童家長在臉書貼文表示，8日兒子獨自一人在暖街610巷附近買午餐，在返家途中遇到一名叔叔，叔叔跟他說要請他幫忙，但兒子回答不行又繼續往家的方向走，沒想到男子衝上前，要兒子脫下褲子，甚至說「讓我看看你小鳥是什麼顏色，我不會摸」，嚇得兒子趕緊衝回家。
