請問我想買房子或者投資房子球高手給建議

小弟是個上班族

目前想買一間比較偏遠的房子來做投資

我得想法是

貸款一間大概 300多萬房子

頭期款自己有存再跟家裡借一點

貸款300多萬買一間房子

之後再把房子租給別人

租金拿來儌貸款

這樣就可以脫離無殼蝸牛的封號了

請問高手這樣行得通嗎

如果貸款 300萬一個月大概環多少
