去年4月西藏回來 發表了一篇 二遊西藏小心得 今年4月三訪西藏前 帖子剛好又被人洗版頂了上來 又剛好 這次上去 遇到很多團員高原反應不舒服 我們的處理方式 卻有差別 所以分享上來讓大家了解 今年我帶了一團朋友15人上西藏 狀況比去年多很多 從成都上拉薩的青藏列車上 就有人半夜吐了5次 吃不下東西
