網上始終流傳一組圖片，特別是中國城市又被暴雨泡癱瘓的時候——東京的下水道系統，實名為“首都圏外郭放水路”，位於地下約50m處，全長6.3km的泄洪隧道，隧道末端還接有一個高25.4米、長177米、寬78米的大型蓄水池，1992年開工，2006年竣工，包括分洪入口、儲水設施及排水設施。奧特曼時常在這裡打小怪獸。
