軍法官：讓陳毅勳交保 是因民主法治

陳毅勳志願羈押，為何軍法官不准其所請？北部軍事法院表示，陳毅勳庭訊時，雖然強調願意受羈押，以待調查，但人身自由是民主法治國家的核心價值，更是軍司法捍衛的對象。軍司法不僅在整飭軍紀，更是官兵權利之守護者，為確保國軍官兵人身自由，實難准其所請。
