下月起 八類食品須出示檢驗證明

今天上午，台中市衛生局與法制局共同前往豐原區廟東夜市，輔導粄條、肉圓、黑輪、粉圓、豆花、粉粿、芋圓及地瓜圓8類食品業者主動出示檢驗證明，因從6月1日起，未張貼證明的業者將處新台幣3萬到15萬元罰鍰。

輔導結果發現，已有部分肉圓業者自行張貼「順丁烯二酸」的檢驗證明報告在店前，但仍有販售粉粿、粉圓、黑輪等業者，尚未張貼出檢驗結果報告，局長黃美娜也拿出檢驗結果範例一一向店家說明。
