宜蘭漁船又越界 再遭日方扣押

宜蘭蘇澳籍延繩釣漁船「益昇12號」今天清晨又因為越界捕魚，遭日本水產廳公務船逮捕，目前扣押在海上。

「益昇12號」因為超越暫定執法線，今天清晨4點43分在北緯24度17.8分、東經122度33.6分遭到日本水產廳公務船「白龍丸號」逮捕，位置約在與那國島西南方25浬。

目前日本要求的擔保金與漁獲罰金仍在計算中，船上成員含台籍船長柯清國之外，還有6名印尼籍漁工。
