海陸退役上校　開安親班性侵女童

海軍陸戰隊上校退役開安親班，竟趁載送過程對女童猥褻、性侵還拍裸照！關於猥褻部份經台灣高等法院審理後，28日依強制猥褻罪，判處有期徒刑6年6個月。

根據了解目前因連續性侵數十名女童，而被最高法院判處20年有期徒刑的張姓海軍陸戰隊退役上校已入監服刑；但12年前他就開始趁開車載送女學生返家過程，將女學生載往偏僻處性侵得逞，並拍下裸照。

而且更令人髮指的是，張男還曾多次在其他女童面前公然犯下性侵犯行，並恐嚇女童不得透露，若不從就會刻意在課後輔導時遷怒謾罵，讓女童心生畏懼而不敢反抗。
