問問酒店小姐上班-選擇經紀人如何？

雞排妹反服貿、是正義的使者~還是魔鬼的化身？？~

請教各位，我想去台北禮服店應徵酒店小姐，打電話去問的時候他說要有經紀人帶，還要滿18，前幾天有去跟一個經紀人面試，總覺得他講話怪怪的，口齒不清、神智不清。把薪水講的很高說一個月有20～30萬，我不太相信，所以就沒有去他那邊上班了，有沒有專業的建議我一下：

1、我該如何選擇正確的經紀人呢？
2、酒店小姐的薪資待遇有沒有一個標準？
3、有沒有好的經紀人可以介紹？
