馬英九總統上午出席「2014世界人權日」紀念活動，表達政府「將心比心真相，面對歷史」的努力，並頒發感謝狀給政治受難者陳松、陳欽生、家屬涂貴美、歐陽煇美、黃新華，肯定他們對人權史料典藏的貢獻。
