Win8.1 JAVA(英文版) 無法顯示股市圖形

Win8.1 64bit , IE 11 , Java 1.7.0 40 ,
目前遇到要看股市線形圖，都無法顯示，之前我用中文版的JAVA，可以將要看圖的網址加進去JAVA裡面，就不會被擋並且可以顯示圖形(安全->例外網站清單->將網站加入)，現在是用英文版的JAVA，在 Security 找不到這一個選項，只能調整安全性 very high / high / medium,找不到例外網站選項，不知道有沒有人遇過這問題且可以解決???

點進去後就看不到圖，且會出現一個訊息視窗
