在台灣，人民捐錢蓋廟不稀奇。然而，整個城市動員，從企業家到小販，共同捐錢蓋一座
圖書館，卻是史上頭一遭！這個美麗的奇蹟，就發生在港都高雄。位於高雄市亞洲新灣區
的新圖書總館，11月即將開幕。此棟建築物是全球第一座懸吊式綠建築圖書館，硬體工程
耗資20億元，是高雄史上最大的單一建築物投資。
