[問題] 離職原因跟面試時的原因

大家好...這份工作到10月底做滿2個月
因為惡劣同事的關係  工作壓力很大...加上工作待遇跟面試時講得不一樣
想說還沒做滿三個月..應該要前一個禮拜先告知離職對吧?
如果要跟店長提離職...總不能說因為同事的關係....??
要如何提比較好呢?因為公司很缺人..我很怕他不放我走
