台北市長參選人柯文哲的妻子陳珮琪在國慶日當天到柯文哲總部演講，隨後到信義區拜票，遭外界質疑以公務員身分助選違法。

台北市長郝龍斌今天出席悠遊卡公司活動時表示，台北市府了解「陳醫師是柯文哲的牽手(太太)」，會從寬認定，原則上她只要不在上班時間或是沒有請假之下助選，市府都會採取比較寬的認定。

郝龍斌近來也利用假日，到國民黨議員參選人造勢場合站台拉票，郝強調，政務官有政務官的規定，必須在下班或請假前提之下助選，市府對陳醫師也是採取相同標準。
