中工雙子星假處分駁回 市府：尊重裁定

雙子星案爭議又起，中華工程日前向行政法院提起假處分，昨遭駁回。對此，北市府發言人張其強表示，尊重法院裁定。

張其強指出，依規定中工需在今晚12點前準備繳交67億現金、19億履約保證金或保證書及提送文件，若明早銀行開門，仍未收到相關文件證明金額已經繳入，將視同中工放棄資格。
