手機裡刪除google帳號之後的原APP會怎樣

前幾天拿起女友的手機下載app
赫然發現手機裡的google帳號是一個男生的名字

原來手機之前是她前男友的

現在已經幫她註冊一個google帳號
想請教一下若將原google帳號刪除會對現有的app有什麼影響嗎
我的理解是會變成不能更新應該沒有其他影響了吧?

還好她自己的聯絡人都不是存在google帳號裡面
