宜縣僱工措施 助農回收稻草

目前正是蘭陽平原一期稻作的收割季節，以往常有農友在收割後，露天燃燒稻草，影響人體健康與公共安全，宜蘭縣環保局今年開辦新措施，只要農民對於田裡的稻草，沒有斬斷、回收使用或翻埋計劃，可以連繫環保局，協助捆紮回收，而回收來的稻草，全部歸宜蘭縣環保局所有。

宜蘭縣環保局指出，露天燃燒稻草，不但會影響居住環境空氣品質及人體健康，也會引起公共安全顧慮，影響行車視線。

即日起，一期稻作收害期間，環保局將持續安排稽查人員，不定時前往各鄉鎮市進行稽查，並且協助農友回收稻草。希望藉由稻草回收再利用、現地即早翻耕等措施，減少稻草在風災大雨後，堆積在低窪田角，造成路面堆積、排水溝堵塞、影響農機作業及露天燃燒等污染問題。

宜蘭縣環保局強調，這項田間稻草回收措施，今年首次試辦，有需要協助的農友，請於7月14日前提出申請，相關流程洽詢電話03-9907755轉211。
