宜蘭縣一名即將入伍服役的林姓準役男，在入伍前，約出一名應召女，並將應召女帶到廢棄的大眾爺廟前，打算露天性交易遭到拒絕，林男竟憤而持刀刺殺應召女，還將應召女推落橋下，幸應召女裝死逃過一劫; 台灣高等法院審理後，認為林男惡性重大，但審酌應召女也願意原諒林男，判他6年徒刑。
