鴻海向東芝、船井、三菱 提專利訴訟

鴻海旗下負責專利資產化與全球授權的麥克思智慧資本公司（MiiCs＆Partners）宣布，已於美國德拉瓦州聯邦地方法院控告東芝(Toshiba)、船井電機 (Funai)及三菱電機 (Mitsubishi)等公司侵害數件薄膜電晶體液晶顯示（TFT-LCD）器專利，該批專利是鴻海關於顯示器全球專利佈局的一部分，該等專利組合廣泛用於搭載液晶顯示器的各種電視、螢幕、筆記型電腦、平板電腦、手機等。

鴻海集團表示，這幾件專利侵權訴訟是由專精於智慧財產訴訟的Panitch, Schwarze, Belisario & Nadel, LLP代表，該事務所位於美國費城。
