越南排華 蕭萬長：被民族主義牽著走

前副總統蕭萬長今天獲頒政大榮譽博士學位，他會後接受媒體採訪時談到越南排華事件，他表示，那時他正在歐洲參訪，看到越南排華的外電新聞非常驚訝，認為越南正值需要外資的時候，卻被民族主義牽著鼻子走，對國家發展十分不利。

蕭萬長表示，越南的經濟環境需要外資挹注，來帶動國內的經濟發展，但是民族主義煽動人民情緒，這樣的行為會讓外資止步。

他也說，台灣政府能做的雖然有限，但應該要掌握越南台商資訊，和越南當局保持良好的溝通管道，對台商較有保障。

不過，他也認為，台商多為中、小企業，對於投資環境和政策變化，懂得靈活調整，會做出對投資佈局最好的判斷。
