幫別人辦預付卡有風險嗎?

今天我朋友叫我幫他辦預付卡
他是做酒店的 說要聯絡小姐
他說他在台灣跟遠傳有欠費所以不能辦
辦的時候他說在車上等我 錢給我我去辦
櫃台人員好像有說 其實有欠費還是可以辦 跟這沒關係

我開始覺得怪怪的 預付卡他有辦法拿去做壞事嗎?
我幫他辦了3張
