電腦插USB不會自動開啟 都需要手動開啟

一般電腦 差USB之後都會自動搜尋 然後那支隨身碟就會在我的電腦那邊顯示出來
不過現在插下去他不會自動顯示 不過桌面右下角那邊邊會有一個讀到USB裝置的圖示
都需要從開那邊案右鍵然後按開啟裝置才能正常使用(如下圖)他下面裝置的名稱本來
是沒出現的 要按開啟後才會出現

我用我的隨身硬碟就正常
USB我有換過幾支測試了 情形都一樣
請問這個可能是哪些問題
