中國去年發行的新版護照內頁，印有台灣地圖及日月潭等景點，立法院內政委員會今天上午審查移民署預算，民進黨立委提出預算凍結案，盼政府能提出有效反制措施後，始得動支。

至晚間十一時，民進黨立委繼續提案，要求行政院拿出具體措施，否則凍結行政院業務費一億元。經朝野協商後，決議凍結上午所提的移民署五億六千萬元業務費中的一億元預算，凍結行政院預算部分則同意撤案，以期對行政單位形成壓力，盡速解決新版中國護照爭議。
