〔記者方志賢／高雄報導〕高市澄清湖風景區上個月開放市民免費入園，每逢週休假日出
現人潮、車潮，不少機車違規停放，阻礙出入口，另有市民未備妥身分證件，增添入園查
證時間，造成車輛大排長龍，連高雄市長陳菊參加活動也受困車陣，民眾怨聲四起。
