如題，我說的「功能表」指位於螢幕最下方的那一條橫槓，最左邊有「開始」按鈕那個。

重灌了Windows 7之後，在「個人化」處，該調的什麼都調了，就是無法改變它的顏色。

因為覺得現在的顏色很難看，而幾年前我怎麼調的也已經忘記了，所以有此一問。
