擦撞到該怎麼處理？

在晚上我下班騎機車回家的路上，跟一台汽車併行，然後她突然打方向燈右轉，可是我要直走，當時第一直覺就是快往前衝！但是他還是小擦撞到我的尾燈，我當時其道一半驚嚇往後看，我只看到她好像若無其事的繼續右轉，我也想說人沒事就好繼續騎回家，他應該也沒有要停下來的意思！！

回到家想想，如果對方想敲詐，又有行車紀錄器，他大可他的車燈破壞在去報案，然後我就得陪他錢！！

剛剛也找了機車保險，如果當下沒有停下來報案保險是沒有效的！
