想請問一下有關RC語音的問題

本人於昨日26號下午的時候,經由朋友通知發現RC帳號被盜用~且使用該帳號在行詐騙!!

RC語音因為只有線上客服也並沒有電話客服這東西,所以只能透過線上登打的方式進行核對!!

重點是...因為習慣上的問題,本人是只要申請完畢後~就只會把記憶帳號密碼打勾的人...並沒有特別留意要記住哪些申請的資料...造成客服回信說本人核對的資料不符!

由於帳號密碼已經被盜帳的改掉了,所以根本沒辦法找回!我想問問如果我堅持要找回我的帳號的話~該如何處理...還有如果要提出告訴的話,該如何著手??
