請問一下 今天在國泰開戶
櫃台小姐一開始問我3個月內有沒有開戶 我說沒有
(因為我記得是5月底開的戶 現在8月底應該已經過了3個月了)
櫃檯小姐調聯徵紀錄發現我6月有開戶記錄
她好像是覺得我說謊騙她 所以臉有點臭
之後它跟我說叫我應該要晚一點再來，就拒絕幫我開戶
然後我想請問一下 我被拒絕開戶 我的聯徵記錄上不是就會有被國泰拒絕開戶的紀錄
這樣會被變成國泰的黑名單嗎? 如果我9月在去開他真的會讓我開嗎?
還是我這個聯徵上被國泰拒絕的紀錄會保留3個月，到11月消除後才能開戶
最後是這樣被調聯徵 然後開戶失敗 對我的信用評等是不是會有降低
