美國網路安全公司Akamai發布的調查顯示，有177個國家被列為發動網路攻擊的來源，中國與印尼是發動最多線上攻擊的前兩名，台灣排第七。

調查指出，在2013年第一季，中國仍是發動攻擊最多的國家，但占全部攻擊次數的比率已從去年第四季的41%降到34%。印尼則從前一季的僅占0.7%飆升到21%。
