各位大家好:
想請問如果社區無管委會，也無分管條約，地下室是屬於公設，
其它住戶把地下室租金，扣掉電梯保養後，
營餘就分給其它住戶，但有些住戶都沒收到，這樣有違法嗎?
我也是住戶我還繳錢租車位，我就沒收到。還開收據給我。
